FLAVORS & AROMAS
Sublime Comporta’s organic garden is composed of more than 300 different varieties of aromatic herbs, vegetables and edible flowers. It’s a dynamic space divided into sections according to flavors and aromas, allowing our guests to stroll in on a self-guided tour and discover the colors and scents.
The sections are as follows: Minty/Fine and Fresh/Oniony/Fruity/Citric or Acidic/Warm Aroma/Balsamic/Pungent and Spicy/Licorice or Anise/Floral. See if you can discover which is which.
